Text Box: On the left are scenes from St. Mary Catholic Church in Defiance, Ohio where we worked for the second half of the year. The picture of the alligator was taken in Florida near where we lived. In retrospect, there were many times when the Alligator in Florida was more welcoming and friendly than the icy  reception we received in Defiance.
