Denver and Omaha Zoo

This trip remains  clear in our mind as a great interlude where we did for us the very unusual. we met adult friends and their children for a brief but joyous visit in Denver Colorado.  Linda and I got their early and spent a couple of days up in the Poudre river Valley. We camped near Long Draw Road and took many pictures of the moose, the valley and the beauty of the area. Also took pictures from a distance of some beautiful grazing Bighorn sheep.

We sat, watched and took pictures of a young moose suckling it's mother. This is not something that could be planned but is memory that will last forever and resulted in several super photographs.

With our friends and their children we went to a wonderful theme park in downtown Denver

where we again took pictures of the  Hutchison's and us and the park.

We also took pictures of Gary driving our Miata with his children also in or on the car.
