June 4th, Sacramento to The Bed of Roses, Yosemite

We got up early and decided that we would head out to the Bed and breakfast where we were going to stay for a couple of days. We thought that we would not have as much traffic as on the week days but we were wrong.  We had to take a round about way because there was a land slide on the highway that leads to Yosemite.  It was hot but cooled down as we got closer to the mountains.  We arrived a little early to check in so we decided to go and ride the railroad which was a slow and very quite ride that was very nice.  Our bed and breakfast is just wonderful. Our room is great.  It is lined with cedar and has a 2 people Jacuzzi.  We went to dinner, came back and went swimming in the pool, then decided to try the 2 people tub.  The views from our balcony are beautiful.  This was truly a anniversary day.
